Ed Bazel, CEO (Chief Entertainment Organizer
Ed Bazel is a veteran producer of corporate events for Fortune 500 companies. With over 30 years of industry experience, Bazel has worked with an extensive list of concert artists, comedians and speakers in over 25 countries. Bazel was named "The Marco Polo of Modern Music" by the Los Angeles Times for groundbreaking work in China. Ed Bazel currently holds the position of CEO for The Bazel Group, Inc. He also is active officer in music-related organizations including: IEBA Past President & Life Time Member; NATD Past President, Board Member, Talent Director and Outstanding Member Of The Year; SENSE Theatre – A Stage Of Hope For Children With Autism Board Member, and holds membership with ACM, CMA, IAFE, IASB and The Recording Academy. In addition, Bazel is an avid cyclist who organized and rode "The City of Hope Transcontinental Ride for Hope" - a 3,000 mile transcontinental bicycle ride to benefit the City of Hope.
Gina Cheshire
Nicknamed “Queen Bee of Celebrity,” Gina is a popular member of The Bazel Group team, and has acted as agent/producer for numerous prestigious events. Her nurturing attitude, honesty and professionalism has garnered her the love and respect of her clients, peers, and some of the industry’s most powerful celebrities. Before joining forces with The Bazel Group, she worked for SUN RECORDS, and later moved on to PRAXIS INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT (John Hiatt/The Georgia Satellites). PRAXIS then joined forces with ZOO RECORDS to become ZOO/PRAXIS (Outlaw Billy Joe Shaver). PRAXIS company owner Jack Emerson later partnered up with Steve Earle to form E-SQUARED RECORDS. Gina worked with E-SQUARED until becoming production director for legendary keyboard player/record producer Barry Beckett (The Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section). Gina directed the album projects of several great artists, a few of those included Aaron Neville, Michael Bolton, and Tanya Tucker. Gina is a member of The Nashville Association of Talent Directors.
Randy Patton
Randy Patton joined The Bazel Group in 2010 as an intern. Randy graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2011 with a Bachelors degree in Music Business and intends to pursue a career in music publishing. In addition to his passion for the music industry, Randy is an avid sports fan and also enjoys songwriting in his spare time.
Eddie Jones III
Eddie Jones III joined The Bazel Group in January 2012. His experience lies in sales, event production, and fashion style consulting. On the event production side, he co-produced two monthly Christian lounges, and produced many different concerts. As a musician he has shared the stage with Virtue, Jonathan Slocumb, Cross Movement, Kurt Carr and a host of others. Currently he is studying business management at Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN. In his spare time he loves to watch and play sports, cooking and cutting hair.
Katie Williams
Katie Williams joined The Bazel Group in January 2012 with a passion for the music business, and an exciting personality to make things happen. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Katie developed an interest in music at an early age and set her sights on Nashville. After graduating with a degree in child psychology, she taught school in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for two years before moving to Nashville with the dream of working on music row. In her spare time she enjoys live music and rooting for her two favorite sports teams, the Dallas Cowboys and the Texas Rangers.
Rebecca Nicoles
Rebecca Nicoles joined The Bazel Group in November 2011, bringing extensive Sales, Service and Event Management experience to our team. Originally from South Chicago, she attended Southern Illinois University in Carbondale and then transferred to Belmont University in Nashville. During her career, Rebecca has been employed with Gannett; CIGNA; and AFLAC, where she was inducted into the prestigious President’s Club. While living in Birmingham, Rebecca joined the staff of one of her AFLAC clients, Restoration Academy, as a Development Officer. This life changing experience made her an advocate for at-risk children and literacy. She continues her work with children in the Litton area of East Nashville
Paul Rippee
Paul Rippee utilizes 13 years of both on and off stage music business experience to facilitate great events. Prior to joining The Bazel Group, Rippee worked as a tour manager, musician, and agent for various major label artists based in the United States and Canada. He’s been a part of several extensive national tours and has had the opportunity to perform and help organize events for head’s of state, royalty, and other major international stages including the Vancouver 2010 Olympics. Paul has worked extensively with fairs, festivals, clubs, and corporate entities to produce and facilitate events of all sizes. Paul still remains active in the touring side of the business as current bassist for Curb Recording artist Lee Brice.
